Sequoia Hospital is happy to once again announce the annual Catholic Healthcare West (CHW) / Sequoia Hospital Community Grants program which provides funding to local nonprofit organizations. We have chosen a single area to which all grant dollars will be dedicated: Healthy Aging in Place. Please submit your letter of intent to CHW Grant Representatives by August 21, 2009.
